Greene’s Corp began with 1 man and a welding truck in 1998. Now, it is a multi-faceted conglomeration of companies built to provide one-stop shopping to the energy, mining, and construction industries.
Our mission is to provide Excellence in Motion. We adapt, grow, and diversify to meet the changing needs of the clients in our target industries – all while providing excellent service and putting the needs of our customers first:
1998 Greene’s Welding started providing welding and construction services to the oil & gas industry
2000 Greene’s entered the trucking arena with slick backs, winch trucks, and boom trucks
2003 Greene’s opened their crane division with 3 hydraulic truck cranes: 60-ton, 110-ton, and 120-ton
2006 We changed our name to Greene’s Energy Services to reflect our diversity in the energy sector
2008 The Well Servicing division was born and the company acquired workover rigs and a swab rig
2008 Greene’s moved into a brand new 35,000 sq foot state-of-the-art fabrication facility
2009 Appalachian Energy Services started operating in the Northeast
2015 Greene’s obtained our CT certification to inspect, repair, and assemble tankers
2016 Greene’s OTR Trucking Division started rolling
2017 Started the union division Jenesis
